Ten five-acre homesites on a quiet lane in Gallatin, Tennessee. Room to spread out, and a team who knows this land because we developed it ourselves.

Ten 5-Acre Homesites
in Sumner County, Tennessee.

We bought this farm on Liberty Lane in Gallatin and divided it into ten homesites of about five acres each, 51.06 acres in all. We are selling them ourselves, without a listing agent, and we build every home that goes up here. One team, from the day you choose your lot to the day we hand you the keys.

Room to breathe

Homesites run from 5.00 to 5.64 acres, and two of them have a pond. Every one is on public sewer, which matters more than it sounds: no septic field deciding where your house has to sit.

Straight from us

There is no listing agent standing between you and the land. When you want to know where a property line actually runs, or what is under one corner of a lot, you are asking the people who walked it and surveyed it.

Built by Hannah

We surveyed and subdivided this property, and we build every home on it. Homes here start at 4,500 square feet. That keeps the lane consistent, and it means the houses going up around you will hold their value alongside yours.

A feature worth paying for
One of the ponds on Lots 4 and 9, the mature trees, or the view looking out from a homesite. Something that shows why these five acres are worth more than five acres somewhere else.

Why Liberty Estates?

Ten homesites on one quiet lane, already surveyed, platted and recorded. The paperwork is behind us, so you can spend your time thinking about the house.

A quiet lane in Sumner County

Liberty Lane runs off Upper Station Camp Creek Road in Gallatin, in the 8th Civil District of Sumner County. The homesites sit in the Liberty Creek school zone, though we would ask you to confirm current zoning with Sumner County Schools before you count on it.

Surveyed, platted and recorded

The survey was completed in July 2026. Every boundary, easement and setback is already on the recorded plat, and we will put it in your hands before you make an offer. Nothing about your lot should be a surprise at closing.

Land and builder in one conversation

Most people spend months finding land, then start over finding a builder. Here it is one conversation. We can show you what a home on your lot would actually cost before you commit to either piece of it.

Frequently Asked Questions.

The questions we get asked most about Liberty Estates.

How big are the homesites?

Ten homesites between 5.00 and 5.64 acres, 51.06 acres across the whole property. Two of them have water on the land: Lot 4 has two ponds and is the largest at 5.64 acres, and Lot 9 has one toward its north side.

How much does a homesite cost?

It depends on the lot. Acreage, how the land lies, and whether it carries a pond all move the number. Get in touch and we will tell you what is still available and what each homesite is priced at.

Where exactly is Liberty Estates?

On Liberty Lane, just off Upper Station Camp Creek Road, in the 8th Civil District of Sumner County. We finished the survey in July 2026, and we are glad to send you the recorded plat any time you want to look at it.

What utilities are available?

Every homesite is on public sewer, which is unusual for acreage like this and saves you from planning the house around a septic field. Where the other connections come in varies by lot, and that affects both your budget and where the house sits best. Tell us which lot you have your eye on and we will walk you through it.

Are there restrictions or an HOA?

Ask us and we will send you the recorded documents for Liberty Estates so you can read the restrictions in full. We would much rather you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you make an offer than find out afterward.

What should I consider when choosing a homesite?

Start with where you want the house to sit. How far back it sits off Liberty Lane shapes your driveway, your utility runs and how private the place ends up feeling.

  • Where utilities connect, and how far the house sits from the road, since that drives cost.
  • How much site preparation the lot needs before building can begin.
  • Whether the lot suits a crawlspace or a basement home, especially if your plans are already finalized.
