wet areas, sand and finished hardwood in main living
areas (living, dining, kitchen and foyer), smooth
painted ceilings, crown molding in all main living
areas, treyed ceilings, 4 sided brick with optional
stone exterior, exquisite trim package, custom built
cabinets, stainless steel appliances, Jacuzzi tubs
and separate shower, and exceptional landscaping.

Does Hannah Custom Homes offer a
warranty? |

Your new home will include a 1 year builder’s
warranty that will follow up with the manufacturer’s
warranties. Hannah Custom Homes will do
a walk through before closing and another walk
through at 11 months after purchase to correct any
qualified imperfections in your home. You will
receive a copy of our warranty at closing.

Can we bring our own floor plan
and/or land? |

according to a floor plan that you bring and build
your new home on land that you have already
purchased.

summer of 2007, after meeting with the team of Hannah Custom Homes,
we knew we wanted them to build our home. My husband and I decided to
build a custom home in the new development of Mansker Farms located in
Hendersonville, Tennessee. Being a young couple, inexperienced in custom

“More than a Quality Home Builder!
My wife & I had searched for the perfect home for over 1.5
years, during that process we had thought of building and had
met with several builders around Nashville, but they couldn't
provide what we wanted! We had the good fortune of finding Dusty
and Jeff who own Hannah Custom Homes. They are down
to earth and build a home as if they were going to live in it.
I was present for almost every stage of the building process and
they were always available to answer any questions that I had.
They were able to build our home exactly as we wanted.
Other builders place restrictions on what goes into the house
such as appliances, lights, cabinets, materials, layout etc.
With Hannah Custom Homes we were able to define up front
what we wanted! They provided assistance in selecting
tile, carpet, lights, cabinets, counters, etc. There
aren't many builders that even allow you to select some of these
items or it is from a tiny selection. We had been warned
by others that building can be a painful process.
Hannah Custom Homes made the process simple, fun & exciting!
We were part of the process and they listened to our input.
They started building the home quickly and finished it on time! I
was able to work without interruption knowing that they had
everything under control. We have been in our home for
over a month now and it is just perfect!
